One of my first few weddings that I had photographed were these guys – Carla and Andrew. They are pure sweethearts! To see them years later, and now with the addition of a new family member, little Aaron, I am in awe and honored to be able to capture these special moments in their home. It’s always surreal to me to be around newborns. They’re just so tiny! And it’s only a short matter of time before they become full-fledged people.

The last time I saw the L family, it was just a couple of months prior as we photographed their maternity session at KidSpace Children’s Museum in Pasadena. This time around, the little guy is out in the world and is making a name for himself. Tomàs. Precious little guy.
As much as I love frolicking in the meadows and getting sand in between my toes (and in every crevices of my camera backpack), I love a good photoshoot in the home. It’s such a warm and cozy environment, and it’s truly and utterly you. In this case, the L family. With the help of big sister Reese, we were able to get some really cute photos of Tomàs just days after his birth <3
